Mystic

This older, architect designed and built home had lots of charm and was in a great location, but was a bit dated and in need of some loving care. We worked with the homeowners to come up with some adjustments to the floor plan to create a more open, social feel and to get light flowing from one end to the other.

This was a childhood home turned grown-up residence, so there were some special features that needed to be carefully maintained.

We changed the ensuite, the kitchen, some windows, lighting, and updated everything else. The result is a lovely, open, bright home with all the modern luxuries, but with the charm of the best parts of the original home intact and ready to be appreciated.
