This growing tech company in Victoria took over an older, open space to house their quickly expanding workforce.  The design of the space had to accommodate many things - workable, functional open space; private break-out spaces; sound-proof offices; meeting rooms; small, quiet phone rooms; expanded and additonal bathrooms; a kitchen and social spaces complete with a ping pong table, communal eating spaces and a friendly gathering spot for weekly meetings and check-ins. This project involved detailed design, engineering, and continued project management alongside the commercial contractor.
