 A lovely neighborhood, a small house and a growing family were the reasons for adding a second floor to this older, sturdy house.  Renovating the existing kitchen, laundry and bathroom, adding a second floor with dormers and interesting spaces, as well as updating the other areas of the home created a house this family will enjoy for many years in a neighborhood they love.
