Penrhyn

This townhome is wonderfully situated in a great neighbourhood but was quite dated and poorly laid out. We opened up the kitchen to allow in much more light and create a better floor plan so that the homeowner could enjoy more effortless baking and entertaining. We also updated the main bathroom to better reflect the modern aesthetic that she prefers. Oh, and we found and installed a fabulous light fixture in the bedroom! Together we created bright, welcoming and totally functional spaces.
