A well loved, original condition, Art Deco gem of a home. This home badly need some privacy and sound separation from the newly constructed condominiums across the street. Our solution was to build a beautiful garage in the open front yard, complete with curved walls and glass block. This new structure acts as a buffer between the busy road and the private home, for both sound and sight. We also created a garden courtyard with art deco inspired curved walls, fountain, lighting and plantings. Renovations to the interior of the home followed, including a basement renovation to add some badly needed extra bedrooms and storage, and a better laundry area.  Bathrooms and kitchen next.
